The first National Park beach near Coral Bay heading south is beautiful Salt Pond Bay. Just off of the main road (Rt. 107), park easily and take the 100 yard stroll down a wide path to a calm blue bay. Relax on the sandy beach for the day, enjoy convenient snorkelling right from shore, or grab your water bottle and take a healthy hike! Salt Pond Bay is an oasis in the middle of two fun hiking excursions: a flat half mile hike to Drunk Bay will open your creative mind and spirit, while a hearty climb over rocky beaches to catch the stunning views atop Rams Head will open your eyes.
